Paul Bowskill has been sourcing and selling art works and antiques for private clients and institutions since he founded Millframe Fine Art Ltd in 1993. After a successful career in the corporate world, Paul first moved into a role as an art financier before drawing on his knowledge and experience to become an independent dealer and advisor. In the early 2000s, he also owned Duke Street Gallery in London’s St James’s.

With a particular interest in British and European Art, Paul has dealt in paintings by Edgar Degas, Marc Chagall, Eugene Boudin, George Stubbs, Montague Dawson, Alfred Munnings, Edward Seago, David Hockney Winston Churchill and many more. He also has considerable knowledge in the field of Important English Furniture.

Known for creating strong relationships, with his clients, Paul enjoys building important collections shaped around personal preferences and goals. Over the course of his career, he has built up a network of connections that enables him to discreetly source and sell art and antiques away from the glare of the auction houses. With extensive expertise and experience, he’s able to research and categorise pieces with care, ensuring the best outcome for his clients and avoiding unnecessary fees and expenses.
